1. Introduction

GeraFarm is operated by Gera Services (registered in England and Wales). These Terms govern use of gerafarm.com and our mobile applications.

2. Our Services

GeraFarm is an agriculture marketplace connecting farmers, producers, and agricultural suppliers with buyers. We are an intermediary platform — not a food producer or trader. All transactions are between independent buyers and sellers.

3. Seller Terms

Sellers on GeraFarm confirm they:

  • Are legally authorised to sell the goods listed
  • Will accurately describe products including type, origin, quantity, grade, and any certifications (organic, fair-trade, etc.)
  • Comply with all applicable food safety, agricultural, and export/import regulations in their jurisdiction
  • Are responsible for accurate labelling and packaging compliance
  • Will fulfil orders within the stated dispatch time
  • Accept GeraFarm's commission rate shown in the Seller Dashboard

4. Buyer Terms

  • Verify product descriptions and certifications before purchase
  • Raise disputes within 14 days of delivery
  • Buyers importing goods are responsible for customs duties and compliance in their jurisdiction

5. Food Safety

GeraFarm does not independently verify food safety certifications. Buyers should conduct due diligence appropriate to their regulatory environment. GeraFarm is not liable for food safety compliance of listed products.

6. Payment Terms

Payments via Stripe. Seller payouts within 7 business days of order completion, less commission and refunds. Refund disputes via [email protected] within 14 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to amounts paid in the prior three months or £50. Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights unaffected.
